Here we are already at the 3rd chapter of the ANOMALY EVOLUTION project. Thanks again for your many comments and your enthusiasm. A number of people are sorry that there’s no longer an opening in the dial through which to admire the movement. The reason for this is that on the majority of standard movements, the mechanism isn’t visible on the dial side. Of course, some movements are available in a skeleton version, but they’re around twice as expensive. In addition, they don’t have a date display, because the disk would obstruct the mechanism, which would not be very esthetically pleasing.
But don’t worry, this new ANOMALY will boast a transparent back, offering you the most sumptuous of mechanical spectacles with which to occupy those long winter evenings.
Color and material research
As promised, now is the time for our research into colors and materials for the case. Once your votes are in, we’ll launch prototypes for the most promising versions.
